How do I print my Eurostar ticket?

You can collect your tickets from self-service ticket machines or, at selected stations, from a Eurostar ticket office.

To use a self-service machine, you’ll need your booking reference and the credit or debit card used to make the booking.

If you collect your tickets from a ticket office, the cardholder must be present and show a valid ID.

Please note that in the Netherlands, a €5 service fee applies when tickets are printed at a ticket office.
