If your Season ticket becomes damaged, unreadable, or stops working at the barrier, you can request a free replacement in just a few simple steps:
Go to My Account
Open My Season tickets and select Replace
Fill out, print, and return the replacement form to:

📨 We require your original ticket to issue a replacement, so we recommend using recorded delivery when returning it.

If your Sticket (smart ticket) isn’t working, please contact us directly.
We’ll investigate the issue and arrange a replacement if necessary.
You may also be entitled to a refund for any daily tickets purchased while your Season ticket was faulty. Refunds must be requested within 28 days of purchase.
