How to get your tickets depends on the delivery method you selected when booking. Below are the steps to follow for each type.
📮 Haven’t received your tickets by post?
We only offer Second Class post if your travel date is at least 7 days away, to allow enough time for delivery.
If it has been 5 days since your booking and your tickets still haven’t arrived:

📱 Haven’t received your mobile ticket or eticket?
Mobile Tickets and etickets are available directly in the Trainline app:
Open the app
Go to My Tickets
Tap the button “Download your mobile ticket” (mint green)
If you don’t have an account:
Use the “Register to manage my booking” link in your confirmation email to create one and access your tickets.
You can also retrieve your eticket from your confirmation email.
If you can’t find it, check your spam/junk folder.
🌍 Travelling with Eurostar?
For trips to/from London, you must complete your Advance Passenger Information (API) before your tickets are generated.

🖨️ Haven’t received your Print-Your-Own ticket?
If you chose Print-Your-Own, you’ll receive an email within 2 hours with a link to download your PDF ticket.
If you didn’t receive it:
Check your spam/junk folder
If it’s still missing, you can download or reprint your ticket from “My bookings” on our website.
👤 Booked as a guest and didn’t receive your ticket?
First, check your junk/spam folder.
If the email still isn’t there, the email address entered during booking may have had a typo.
Don’t worry — our support team can locate your booking.
👉 Contact us and we’ll help you retrieve your ticket.
