To avoid any last-minute issues, we recommend collecting your tickets as early as possible.
Tickets can be collected from a self-service machine 15 minutes after booking.
Remember: you must have your printed tickets with you to travel.
🔢 Issues with your collection reference
Most collection problems happen because the wrong reference is used. Please check:
Your collection reference is an 8-character code made of letters and numbers.
A 10- or 12-digit number is your booking confirmation number — this cannot be used to collect tickets.
You can find the correct reference in your confirmation email or in the Trainline app.

If you’re already at the station, the quickest solution is to speak to a staff member who can help you.
If you need to change how you receive your ticket, this can only be done by refunding your original ticket and rebooking it with a different delivery method.
