When you book Mobile Tickets for a group, all tickets will appear on the lead passenger’s phone in the My Tickets section of the Trainline app.
Before you travel, keep these things in mind
👥 1. The whole group must stay together
All passengers must travel on the same train as the lead passenger.
🚉 2. Meet before going through the gates
Arrive at the station together and go through the ticket barriers as a group.
🚆 3. Sit close together on board
The inspector may need to check all tickets on the lead passenger’s device.
