Yes — but your Mobile Ticket can only be downloaded to one device at a time.
If you’ve already downloaded it and need to use a different phone, you can transfer it easily.
How to move your Mobile Ticket to another device
Just follow these steps:
1️⃣ Open the Trainline app and go to My Tickets
2️⃣ Select View tickets
3️⃣ Choose Move tickets
On Android: Tap the ⋮ menu (top right) → Move tickets
On iOS: Tap Options (top left) → Move tickets
4️⃣ On your new device, open the Trainline app, log in, and download the ticket again.
That’s it — your ticket will now be available on your new phone.
Need to transfer the ticket to someone else?
Ask the traveller to:
Download the Trainline app
Log in or create a Trainline account
Once that’s done, contact us and we can move the ticket into their account.
⚠️ Important: Activation is final
Before travelling, you must activate your Mobile Ticket on your device.
Once a ticket is activated, it cannot be:
moved
changed
refunded
So we recommend activating it just before you travel.
