Advance tickets
Advance tickets are sold as Singles only and are non-refundable.
Flexible tickets
Anytime, Off-Peak, and Super Off-Peak tickets can be bought as Singles or Returns.
Refund rules:
Single tickets: refundable.
Return tickets: refundable only if both parts are unused.
If only one part of a Return ticket is used:
If you’ve used the outbound leg, the return portion may be refundable.*
If you’ve used the return leg, the outbound portion isn’t refundable.
*Refunds aren’t always 50% of the total price. The refund is calculated by subtracting the cost of an equivalent Single ticket from what you paid. Partial refunds aren’t available online — please contact our support team for help with this.
