ou have 28 days from the ticket’s expiry date to request a refund and return your tickets.
Post your tickets to the address below — we recommend using tracked delivery.
Once we receive your tickets, we’ll process your refund within 5 working days.
The refund will go to the original payment method used for purchase.

If you haven’t collected your tickets yet
You don’t need to collect your tickets to get a refund.
If your tickets are still in the machine and you’ve already requested a refund, there’s nothing else you need to do.
We’ll send you a confirmation email once your request is received and process your refund within 5 working days.
The refund will go back to your original payment method.
Digital tickets
Mobile tickets
Before we can process a refund, please remove the ticket from your device.
Tickets that have already been activated are non-refundable.

Season tickets
Your refund will be calculated from the date of your request.
Sign in to your Season Ticket account.
Select your active Season ticket and click ‘Refund’ at the bottom left.
Download and complete the Refund Application Form.
Return the form and your tickets to:

If you have a digital Season Ticket, you don’t need to return your ticket.
Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed.
Mainland Europe travel
For travel within mainland Europe, we’ll only send you etickets, which don’t need to be returned.
