We recommend sending them by recorded or tracked delivery.
Print your confirmation email or write your booking reference on a piece of paper.
Attach all the tickets you’d like refunded.

Once we’ve received your tickets and processed your refund, we’ll send you an email confirmation.
Refunds are credited directly to the card used for the booking, and the money should appear within 5 working days of processing.
Please note: You have 28 days from the ticket’s expiry date to request a refund and return your tickets.
